I actually completed the modules in the given time window. However, I saw one of the course introduction wasn't fully completed so I completed it today i.e outside time window but it wasn't the part of module.
Will I still get the discount coupon since the page explicitly mentions we need to complete the modules?

All the SCORM modules are showing as incomplete, even though I have completed them. The status has not updated, and they still appear as incomplete.

I was also able to pass the quiz successfully.

Could you please look into this issue?

In my case, I faced similar scenario where those PDF's had mulitple pages which needs to be viewed and studied accordingly.
Once you review all pages in PDF. you will be seeing progress bar stating completion.

Hi @Jim_Anderson,

I raised a ticket asking for the voucher few days back, I got a response from the help desk that the vouchers  won't be send to the personal account and it will be send only  to the company mail id, and they have asked me to create an account and get it merged, so they can send it that the comapny mail id. 

I was having concerns regarding the same that while taking up the certiication exam will I be able to avail that voucher with the perosnal account?

So to clarify, the emails will be distributed on Feb 06 to whatever primary email address is associated with the participant's Customer Academy account (so if you happen to have registered with a personal email, there is no issue) - apologies for the confusion on the previous advice provided.

With regards to the certification, the unique certification voucher itself is not tied to your specific email (rather, it is a single use coupon that could be redeemed with any email). So rest assured, you will be able to register for the certification with your personal email.

No, to confirm the incentives will only be distributed to individuals who completed one or more of the learning pathways listed between January 9 - 30.
