I successfully completed the required learning pathway, Datawarehouse Practitioner, within the eligible period.

But I didn't receive the voucher code that was distributed on February 6, 2026.

Could you please check the status of my eligibility and send me the voucher?

Note: I already checked the spam folder for the voucher email.

hi @Jim_Anderson , I did complete all 4 modules. For some reason there was no certificate generate for last module. But, everything was complete before 30th.

@Jim_Anderson The support team haven't provided such explanation but I have completed it within given timeframe. So why am I not eligible for it if there is any issue with the Databricks platform. Please update on this and refer to my previous mail

I'm sorry but the Generative AI Application Deployment and Monitoring module was not logged as completed until February 04 on your customer academy account. Unfortunately the certification vouchers were only generated for the learning pathways fully logged as completed during the timeframe.

@Jim_Anderson but it was done from my end as all the sections were completed , If there is a glitch in the platform and the support team is taking time for it then why should I held accountable for it. I think I should be eligible for the discount coupon since I have completed the learning pathway before 30th January.
