🎟️ Finish all of the modules listed within at least one of the self-paced learning pathways below within Customer Academy during the event window to receive:

Hi @Jim_Anderson,

I completed all 4 Machine Learning Practitioner modules during the Jan 9-30, 2026 festival period (completion date: 01/29/2026 with screenshots) but did not receive the 50% certification voucher.

I submitted training support Case #00845942 on February 9, 2026 with full documentation, but have received no response for 8 days.

Can you please help escalate this ticket? I have proof of completion within the festival window.

Hi @Jim_Anderson I’ve completed Learning Pathway 4: Associate ML Practitioners and Learning Pathway 5: Professional ML Practitioners within the required timeframe. However, I haven’t received the exam voucher yet. I’ve also checked my spam folder and there’s nothing there.
