Five years ago, during the Covid era, I began working on a banking project where I was introduced to a product called Databricks. Since then, it has been a core part of my journey! Fast forward to today, I’m proud to say I’m now a Brickster.
What an incredible journey it’s been!

I was feeling stuck in my job as a hadoop big data engineer  back in 2018. So, I decided to take a chance and start learning about cloud engineering. That's when I stumbled upon Databricks and I was hooked! I spent daily sometime learning about it and trying out new things.

Before I knew it, I was leading projects and helping out my colleagues. And then, I got certified as a Databricks expert! It was a huge confidence boost and soon I was promoted to lead developer. I was thrilled to see how far I'd come and I knew that I owed it all to my hard work and dedication to learning Databricks.

It's been an amazing journey so far and I'm excited to see what the future holds. I feel like I've found my calling and I'm loving every minute of it!
