404 Page Not Found Error on Features page

We are facing this issue when accessing Features page. Our workspace is on AWS, ap-southeast-1.

I think this is related to new feature for online tables and serverless. Is it because of online tables are not available yet in our region? If it not available yet, it shouldn't show 404 error right?

Hi @MinThuraZaw, I understand the issue youโ€™re facing.

Letโ€™s break it down:

  1. Online Tables:

  2. AWS Region ap-southeast-1:

  3. 404 Error:

    • If youโ€™re encountering a 404 error when accessing the Features page related to Online Tables, itโ€™s likely due to the unavailability of Online Tables in the ap-southeast-1 region.
    • When a feature is not available in a specific region, attempting to use it may result in errors like the one youโ€™re experiencing.

To resolve this issue, consider the following steps:

  • Check Region: Confirm that your workspace is indeed in the ap-southeast-1 region.
  • Alternative Regions: If possible, consider using an alternative region (such as us-east-1, us-west-2, or eu-west-1) where Online Tables are available.
  • Stay Updated: Keep an eye out for updates from Databricks regarding the availability of Online Tables in additional regions.

Remember that Online Tables are currently in Public Preview, so there might be further developments and expansions in the future. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask! ๐Ÿ˜Š13
