Hi community
I have the honour of being selected as a Databricks MVP 2026.
Before sharing my first article as an MVP, I wanted to briefly introduce myself and the lens I bring to the Databricks ecosystem.
My focus has always been on translating deep technical Databricks capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
My conversations are often at C-level and executive level, helping leaders understand why a capability matters, where it fits in their operating model, and how it drives growth, efficiency, or trust.
That doesnโt mean Iโm not technical.
Iโm also a Databricks Champion, and I stay close to the platform, architecture decisions, governance patterns, and real-world delivery challenges.
In my first article as a Databricks MVP, Iโm focusing on something I believe is a real inflection point:
Databricks Knowledge Assistant is now Generally Available
This is a big step forward in making AI actually usable in the enterprise.
Iโve written a short piece on why Agent Bricks Knowledge Assistants are one of the fastest ways to close a real business growth gap, not by adding more tools, but by unlocking trusted knowledge from governed data.
What stands out for me as a CDO:
Built on governed, secure data
Explainable and auditable, not a black box
Designed for adoption at scale, not just experimentation
