Hey all, enjoyed the St. Louis event last night! One training resource I'd be really curious in would be understanding how to read and react to the "metrics" portion of a workflow. For example, if I see high periods of CPU utilization what steps can I take to resolve? Or how might I respond to high periods of shuffle read / write? 

Some general best practices would be super helpful to listen in on.
