403 quiz error

I completed the training for Lakehouse Fundamentals and it's giving me a 403 error Forbidden and a blue icon with eyes when I try to take the quiz. Please help me with the next steps to get the quiz taken. Thanks in advance!

I am getting same error and don't know the resolution
