Hello,
I am trying to start cluster ad run some command in my notebook however the cluster is not starting and giving error.
I tried changing DBR but still no luck.

Hi @Wolverine, If you’re using Community Edition (where Databricks SQL is not available), your CPU quota might be exceeded on Azure. In this case, you’ll need to increase the number of available CPUs through a change request.
