Data Engineer Associate Exam Guide May 2025 - Recommended Training

Hi,

I'm currently studying for the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam. The official exam guide lists the following self-study courses as recommended training as of May 4, 2026:

1. Data Ingestion with Lakeflow Connect
2. Deploy Workloads with Lakeflow Jobs
3. Build Data Pipelines with Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines
4. Data Management and Governance with Unity Catalog
5. DevOps Essentials for Data Engineering
6. Data Interoperability with Unity Catalog

I've found all of these courses in Customer Academy except for "Data Management and Governance with Unity Catalog". Is there a course with this name that I've overlooked, or is it an upcoming course that hasn't been released yet?

The course Data Management and Governance with Unity Catalog has been retired and is no longer available. Since its content is now covered in DevOps Essentials for Data Engineering, you can go ahead and skip that course and follow the DevOps one instead for your exam prep.
