The Databricks Univerisity Alliance Program is free for university students with university emails. After opening tickets, no one is looking at it for many days. Very very slow responses. Students deserve to learn and do some home works or try internships in your technology. After signing up for courses, they are merging with other profiles having same name but different email addresses and causing PII issues. opening tickets also, not useful. Your platform support is not a great experience. Need to look at your tickets... please. thanks,
