I am trying to complete the Manifest file, and a bunch of folders with .py files, but no DBC. I am unable to proceed.

Typo, should say "I am trying to complete the course, the download only has the Manifest file, and a bunch of folders with .py files, but no DBC. I am unable to proceed."
