Hi @nisar ,

You need to scroll down and you find it. Look at screen below, I've marked location with red arrow:

That is just a zip with a manifest, no dbc in there. Numerous people have this issue -- myself included.

No, it's zip file with manifest and content

.dbc file NOT a zip. the video instructs you to import it. you cannot advance following this

okay, find the dbc file in there. there is the manifest like I said, and some directories with .py files

There is no dbc file.

But are you aware that all you need is inside this zip file? And that you can import that zip file into your workspace just like DBC file?

yes, aware you can upload zip files. but you cannot follow the instructions as is. the contents of the dbc/zip file are not explored until much later in the learning module after you're instructed to locate and import the .dbc

there are numerous other topics/threads on associate and advanced of individuals experiencing the same issue. it would do databricks well to update their instruction videos or switch back to .dbc to make this clear.

to be clear, you can upload the .zip in a volume but that isn't useful, or you can unzip it and attempt to try to match the contents of the unzipped file to the academy course/video. either way it is a convoluted and unclear process that leaves much to be desired vs the original method of the .dbc upload plug-n-play.

but that is not a good UX for anyone trying to learn.

to be explicit, it is not even a little bit clear how one would get from the .zip to this. which is the first mention of utilizing the contents of the .dbc file.
