ILT completion status not updated - Voucher not received

Hi, 

I have attended and completed all the ILT sessions happened in Jan month 2026 event time. For the below courses:

1. Databricks Streaming and Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines

2. Databricks Performance Optimization

3. Databricks Data Privacy

4. Automated Deployment with Declarative Automation Bundles

However, my course is still not marked as completed. I also have not received the certification voucher following the sessions. I assumed there might be a delay, so I did not follow up or check Partner Academy sooner. Could you please help resolve this and provide the voucher?

@tuser Incomplete course ~ missed a lesson or slide. So, no delay just that you're not eligible at all.
