Has the rollout happened? Has anyone received the 50% discount voucher for Databricks Certification and the 20% discount on a Databricks Academy Labs annual subscription?

Has anyone purchased the $200 Databricks Academy Labs annual subscription? When I checked what's included, each lab shows a $75 price. Does that mean we have to pay $75 for each lab on top of the subscription? Is there any free labs to practice?
