I have finished learning path 3.  How long is the discounted certificate good for?

You should double check. I'm pretty sure they are not the same, as it pertains to this event. 

Someone else can confirm, but as I understand it, these are regular free courses. The festival has simply organized them into Subject matter areas for certification. 

They are monitoring. If you preformed the task within the timeframe, it will be applied to your account. 

You only get 1 coupon during the learning session. You can complete all of them, and then pick which test to take. That's how it works.
