Hi,I am currently on a paid plan (Premium), but I can't find how to get my account verified. I need help and support team is referring me here to this forum to get help.Very interesting, how support team can't help, not sure.Anybody here who can help...

Hi team,I have 2 applications in my workspace which they will get stopped sometimes without me knowing the reason. I’m on premium account and I have to run them when I can’t have access to my app. I need help.
