the problem resolved after networking team currently set the DNS to point to the endpoint. We can login through the workspace link now.

Hi guys, any updates? btw, the problem disappear when we switch to public access allowed. However, as out company's security requirement, we have to set public access disabled. Is this still ACL related?

Thanks Hubert. But no luck. Still same error message. Btw, the storage abfss link should be:<container_name>@<storage_account_name>.dfs.core.windows.net/instead of <storage_account_name>@<container_name>.dfs.core.windows.net/
