Thank you, I tried 3 times after filling I the ticket and click the submit button, the button gets grayed out and nothing happensso I am not about to submit a ticketthanks for any clues on what I need to dolino

I see the same question so many times, is there any way you can add this info to the academy page where the exam is taken so people know what to expect instead of wasting so much time answering all these requests of "where is my badge?"

Re: Passed the Fundamentals of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform Accreditation, but no badge recieved. Tried "https://v2.accounts.accredible.com/retrieve-credentials?" showing no badge.
