Is there a way to integrate Databricks secrets with AWS secrets manager?

Currently there is no way to integrate these two. This is a work in progress.

just a plus one that this would be an incredibly useful feature - especially since Shared Access Mode clusters now restrict the ability to call boto3 directly using IAM permissions.
