Thereโ€™s two places to leverage Github for content management and version control in Databricks

  • Repos for Git integration - Repos are folders whose contents are co-versioned together by syncing them to a remote Git repository. Repos can contain only Databricks notebooks and sub-folders. The linked Git repository can contain other files, but they wonโ€™t appear in the Databricks workspace.
  • Syncing Notebooks to Git using the Version HistoryYou can sync individual notebooks to a remote Git repository using the Version History
