Before Feb 2023, I often opened Notebook in new tabs by Ctrl (or Command for Mac) + Click the notebook names, in the Workspace explorer UI.

Recently it stopped working (Ctrl + Click Notebook name, nothing happened). Is this a bug?

Hi @David H , I have tried and it works fine with chrome version : Version 110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) (x86_64). Could you please restart your browser , clear caches or try with some other version and let us know if it helps?

Thanks for the update.

I tried the following

  1. cleared my browser cache try again in Chrome
  2. tried in Edge browser 110.0.1587.57
  3. tried in a different Databricks workspaces. I have 2 different paid Databricks workspaces: Standard and Premium

In all these 3 cases, Ctrl + Click the notebook, to open it in new tab, still not working.

However, it seems to be working in the free Databricks Community Edition. It seems the Databricks Community Edition workspace is running different versions of the UI?

I tried again today. And it seems to be working well.

Ctrl + Click, opens notebook in a new tab.

I think it must have been fixed

Ok, thanks, I will try it. And if I still face any issue, I will message here.
