Community Accounts Getting Deleted Automatically

This is the second time in the same week, the accounts are getting vanished without any prior information. All the saved work has no backup I guess and no one would take responsibility because it a community version.
Not a good thing to happen twice, if this continues you would out of business soon, was thinking of getting the premium plan for my organization, looks like need to switch to a different platform now.
