Notebook cell not displaying full code, defaults to scrolling

Hi team, the code cells default to scrolling, instead of showing the complete code. There is no way to change this behaviour.

Previously all the code was displayed at once, but since today it is in scrolling mode. I want to see the complete code in the cell and don't want this scrolling behavior.

Kindly guide me on how can I do this?

Hi  , thanks for your comment. I did that but unfortunately it's another issue. 

If the cell has lots of lines, I need to scroll within the cell, but I want to see it all at once.

Thanks for flagging this. Having checked this internally, I can see this isn’t the intended collapsed-cell behaviour. A recent notebook UI change introduced a fixed-height editor with an internal scrollbar, which can affect even relatively short cells. The code itself is still there, but the display is being capped.

The team has identified the issue, and a fix is being rolled out. As a temporary workaround, try opening the cell in focus or full-screen mode, which should display the full cell. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for calling it out.

@SyedKhalidAhmed - I believe this is now fixed and you should be able to view the full cell now. Let me know if that's not the case.
