Workspace selector not working

gor

On the top-right of the Databricks GUI is a selector to select workspaces from.

Since yesterday morning (approximately the same time the Microsoft outage happened) that selector stopped working.  Instead of a dropdown of Workspaces, we only get a spinning orb when the selector is pressed.
If allowed to spin for long enough, an error pops up saying "Could not load Workspaces".

We are using Azure.
The error affects everyone in my org.
Clearing the browser cache does not fix the problem.

Anyone know what might be causing this error?

It was just the selector.  It has started working again.  I don't know if it's because I brought it up to enough people or if it's just 'one of those things' that randomly breaks in azure and then randomly gets fixed.

Hello @gor,

If you are facing the issue still, I would request you to raise a support ticket.

Are the other functionalities working or just the workspace selector?

Thanks & Regards,

Nandini

Glad to know the issue has stopped occurring, but in case it re-occurs in future, we could collect some backend logs, to understand what is causing the slowness, when the issue is and resolve the service. I would request you to involve the azure team on this as soon as you hit the issue.
