Ask Questions: 
Got a technical question? We're here to help! Follow these simple steps to get your questions answered by our experts and fellow community members.

Steps to Ask a Technical Question:

  1. Visit the home page of our community.
  2. Click “Start a Conversation”: You’ll find this button beside community activity below featured discussions.Sujitha_0-1717588892775.png
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the board specific to your technical question (e.g., Data Engineering, Machine Learning, etc.).

  4. Be as specific as possible. Include relevant information about your environment, any error messages you’re seeing, and steps you’ve already taken to try and resolve the issue.
  5. Click “Post” and wait for our community experts and members to provide insights to resolve your query.

  1. Navigate to the Community home page and ensure you are logged in.
  2. Sort by "Unanswered"  to filter out all the posts.

By doing so, you'll be helping a fellow data practitioner solve an issue that you might have encountered and fixed. Additionally, as you assist others, you'll climb the leaderboard, earning perks on our Community.
