Cannot login into webaccessor account

I have raised multiple tickets in the last 24 hours with databricks and webaccessor people. Webaccessor people keep telling me to go databricks support people. When I raise support ticket with databricks, I don't get any response whatsoever.

I scheduled and paid $236 for the DB Data Engineer associate exam on 27/11/24. The exam was scheduled for 13th December 9:00 am. I have all the proofs of payment and a few screenshots. Turns out I never received any sort of confirmation email of the exam as well now that I look back. 

Now due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule the exam. When I tried logging into webaccessor, I didn't remember the password, so I used the forgot password option using the email I used to create the account. 

I didn't receive any sort of password reset link. I have been trying for more than 24 hours now. I got confused infact which email I had used. I definitely remember putting in my organization's email in one field and beyond that one personal email. On talking to the webaccessor support, they said that they see no account created on these above-mentioned credentials. I literally had a mini heart attack. They kept asking to me to go back to databricks people. I did create a support ticket with db people. 

On getting no response, I tried to see it for myself and create new accounts on db webaccessor exam taker page. Turns out I was able to create duplicate profiles without any flag of duplicacy. Fishy. 

This is horrible. Absolutely horrible. I am not going to pay any fine whatsoever if I am unable to get into my account and reschedule it before the threshold time. 

I need urgent support here!!!
