Certificate Not Yet Received for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

Hi Team,

I attended Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam and passed it on 2nd March 2026.

I still didn't receive my certificate via credentials.databricks.com

My personal mail id is zongjia.wang0204@gmail.com and my company mail id iszongjia.wang@accenture.comfor your reference.

Please check the issue and share me the certificate. I have submitted a ticket as well, still waiting for the response.

Most certificates and badges are issued within 24-48 hours, but sometimes it may take longer. The recommended step if it doesn't arrive after 48 hours is to raise a ticket. Since you've already done that, I suggest waiting for the response from the relevant team. Meanwhile, try logging into credentials.databricks.com with the same email used for Web Assessor or the Academy to check if the badge is already available.

I have already submitted two support tickets yesterday and checked the portal multiple times using the same email registered in Web Assessor, but the badge is still not available.

Since my company requires the badge for internal certification registration, I would greatly appreciate your help in checking the status of my certification and issuing the badge if possible.
