Certificate not yet received

Hello,

I appeared for the Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam on July 2nd, 2026.

I have not received the certificate yet, even though I have received a confirmation of passing the exam on email with section wise scores.

I tried retrieving the certificate from Accredible, but its not showing there fr

I have raised a ticket #00956744,#00956225,

but have not received a response. Can someone from the team help, please?
