Databricks Fundamental Accreditation not working

Hello - it seems that the link to the Fundamentals accreditation test is not working for me. I keep getting a 403 error - you do not have permission to access this page. 

I am logged into my work email partner academy profile, and others seem to be able to get to the page no problem. Any help?
