Databricks Team ignore my reply to reschedule my suspended exam

My databricks professional data engineer exam is suspended and you sent me an email asked me to reschedule it on 3th June 2025, and i replied to you saying my preferred time is 22:00 5th 2025 on the same day. But till now, i haven't got any reply from you. 

If Databricks is unable to accommodate the date I suggested, I’m more than willing to compromise. Perhaps the team could instead select a time that works best for them to reschedule the exam. At this point, that’s the most I can reasonably offer.

I’m genuinely finding it difficult to continue investing time and energy into preparing for the exam, only to be left in uncertainty.

I’d greatly appreciate your help in arranging a rescheduled exam at any time that suits the Databricks team.
