I was late to launch exam. Can I please reschedule it

Hi team, I was late while launching the test by 22 mins. My laptop got stuck and was restarting. Being a windows machine it took 22 mins to get restarted because of which I was unable to launch exam on time.
Looking at recent windows systems failures on global level, can you please help me out to reschedule my exam.
I am unable to reschedule the exam as my voucher expired on August 11, 2024. Please help me out, i have prepared really hard for this test.
