Hi @Cert-Team, @Cert-TeamOPS ,
I was taking the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate(Exam Code:PR000054) exam in webassessor.
My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate(Exam Code:PR000054) exam was Suspended.
I was taking exam on 27th December 2024 1615H Asia/Calcutta (Friday 04:15 PM). I am started the exam, after 15 minutes later it gives one warning after the sometime it will redirected (connected) to the agent, she told me show me your desk and entire room, I shows multiple times, because she simply told "Do it once again".
After that some long time 40 minutes later, she told wait for sometime, after 5 minutes she told your Exam was suspended.
I don't do any malpractice, No one in my room, then how she will put my exam was Suspended.
Please support me to for again taking the exam, Because it was very important to my job now.
I kindly request your support to understanding the reason for this suspension and guidance on the next steps to resolve this matter. I am eager to complete the certification process and I am willing to address any concerns or provide additional information if required.
I have raised a support ticket as suggested by kryterion support.

Also I am mentioned my Rescheduled exam date(8 January 2025 1500H Asia/Calcutta) in the support ticket, please provide this exam date and time for my Reschedule Exam.
Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts.

I have one doubt, What is my Username I have mentioned in the Support ticket.
Either it is my Email Id or my Firstname + Last name combination.
Please give clarification, I have confused about my Username.
