No assistance to a ticket raised, yet case is closed

My certification exam was interrupted in the middle and I was asked to show my room and desk. I co-operated with them and showed everything. There was nothing suspicious. Then after some time, my exam was suspended. 

I was constantly looking into screen and did not attempt for any malpractice. 
So I raised a ticket, and was waiting for them to provide assistance, but no one got back to me. 
Now I received a mail saying case is closed, and required assistance was provided, which in my case, was not done.

I request you to please help me in this matter, and let me retake the examination as this is very much important to me, and my company, which is the partner to databricks.

PS - I have sent multiple emails, but still no reply.
