Not Received Certificate and Certificate badge with credentials

I have cleared my ,Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional on 15 November 2024.. However I haven't received Certificate and Certificate badge with credentials. Please find the email attached which I received after completing the exam successfully . Kindly assist me to get this as early as possible.
