Request for Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certification Status

I recently completed and passed the Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam on 2nd March. As mentioned in the FAQ, the certification is usually issued within 48 hours. Since this timeframe has passed, I wanted to kindly check on the status of my certificate, as I have not yet received any email regarding it.
