Hi Team,
I am reaching out to you, to bring to your attention to a series of issues I faced during my Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate exam, which ultimately led to an unfair suspension and disruption of my exam experience.
While attempting to take the exam, I encountered repeated issues related to internet connectivity. Despite having a stable and high-speed WiFi connection at my home, I received the error message "Testing Failed: Please check your internet connection" multiple times. This made it impossible for me to proceed with the exam at the scheduled time on several occasions. I had to contact the support team repeatedly and reschedule my exam multiple times, which was both time-consuming and frustrating.
Once the issue was finally resolved and I was able to begin my exam smoothly, I received an unexpected warning regarding eye movement. Iโd like to clarify that my eyes were simply moving to and fro within the screen to read and understand the questions, especially since some of them were quite lengthy. At no point did my eyes leave the laptop screen.
Shortly after this, I was told to show my table, which I immediately did. Apart from my mouse, there was absolutely nothing on the table. However, the exam was then suspended without providing any clear reason or justification. As, I wasn't using any unfair means during entire duration of the exam.
I kindly request the databricks team, to please look into this matter and resolve this, on a high priority and allow me to retake my exam. This experience has been very disappointing, especially considering the amount of time, effort, and money I had invested for this certification exam.
I have raised a support ticket as suggested by kryterion support:
