SCORM problem

I’m taking a course on the Databricks Academy, and the SCORM parts that are text-based don’t get completed. I read all the content until the end, but the lesson stays “in progress,” and because of that I can’t complete the course

Hi  , I figured out how to solve this issue. Once you are done reading through the SCORM, you need to reload/refresh the page that updates it and marks as complete! I figured today when my scorm wasn't loading completely and i reloaded the web page... anyway I hope that resolves your issue.

Hello @HarshPachouri , yes it seems that from Monday, SCORM documents are marked as completed. I started a new module, and that worked well.
I had tried to refresh while in the previous module, but that didn't work, so I guess that they have fixed it recently 🙂

It can happen if you didn't went through all the pages of the documentation or slides part . You need to click and complete each page as it comes .So check if instead of just moving to next lesson u complete those slides sections.

I got the same problem, in course I am going through right now (Generative AI on Partners Academy) there are a lot of SCORM pages WITHOUT any slides or "Complete" buttons. The only thing I can do is scroll down, which I did many times and still got "In progress" status.

Could anyone provide any tips on how I can actually get it to "Completed"?

@BartoszO, have you solved it? Seems the same happens to me for the Generative AI class. Thanks in advance for feedback 🙂

Hi @mabedi ,

Just wanted to check, are you able to mark the SCORM lesson as completed now?

I just sent a message to support here as well: https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us

Maybe if we are several people doing it, they will put a priority?

Just to confirm when you have a lesson that involves completing slides . you are going all the way to the end of the slide . In the attached image look for any slide lesson where the circle 2 is not showing the end of the slide . This is one of the most common reason for lessons not showing as complete .

Hi Pradeep, what you are referring to is slide based content while the person who raised the ticket is referring to SCORM, these are single page text content, not slides and therefore do not have additional pages. I am facing the same issue, there are no more pages to cover it isn't marking as complete.

Thank you  @HarshPachouri  for adding the screenshot, I should have done that as well. You are 100% right: this is NOT the slides I am talking about, these are SCORM documents. I am reading them at a normal pace, and when I reach the end, there is no notification that my reading is done or anything. After closing the document and going back to the class index, it is marked as "In progress". I tried to refresh, log out and back in, to no avail.

I added an attachment this time, hopefully to make it clearer 🙂
