Taking exams is so stressful already, and if your exam gets suspended it is extra stressful. Don't worry! Our support team is awesome and will help you get back on track.

The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:

• Username
• Exam name

NOTE: Please do not post your exam username publicly, such as here in the community forums, as this is private information.

The process will be faster if you can also offer a couple of dates/times that you are available to resume your exam. I too faced this issue where I have almost completed my exam and while reviewing them all of a sudden my session has been paused and after few minutes I get the message that my "Your exam has been suspended due to a suspected violation of the technical, behavioral, and/or environmental requirements for taking an online proctored exam. For this reason, you may not continue your exam at this time."

It's really frustrating that after preparing for weeks and getting this kind of message.

My exam got suspended for no reason, please help resolve this by rescheduling.

The questions come on the left of the screen, so I was looking slightly left to read and answer them. Suddenly I was asked not to look left. Then asked to show the room. Then it was abruptly decided to suspend.

Please help. This is very important.

I encountered multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification exam, leading to its suspension. My exam was originally scheduled for 2nd April 2025, at 1300H Asia/Calcutta. However, when I launched the exam, it was suspended due to technical issues from Webassessor. The exam was then rescheduled to 2nd April 2025 at 1930H Asia/Calcutta, but it failed to launch again. It was rescheduled once more to 2000H, at which point I was able to complete some questions, but the exam was suspended after 10-15 minutes.

During this time, I attempted to communicate with the proctor via the support chat window, but the "send" button was not functioning, preventing me from replying to their messages. Additionally, I was asked to switch off any air conditioning or fan in the room, which added to the discomfort. The exam was rescheduled again to 2115H, and as soon as I was able to view the questions, I was abruptly interrupted. The proctor asked me to show my desk and, after viewing it, made multiple requests. They informed me that my exam would be suspended again.

This entire experience was highly frustrating and distressing, and I believe the process was unfair, causing unnecessary stress and disrupting my concentration.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that my certification exam be rescheduled to the earliest possible date. I trust that my request is reasonable, considering the challenges I faced during the exam.

Please resolve this issue as a priority.

I had my certification exam for Databricks Data Engineer Professional scheduled today 3:30PM ET. As soon as I started the exam, within 5 minutes I was told to pause and show the room around; and it was clear per the exam policy. Immediately my exam was suspended with no reason mentioned. This is extremely frustrating and disheartening as I spent several weeks preparing for this exam . I have initiated a support ticket #00645573 and I'm looking forward to a response ASAP so that I can take my exam.

I am writing to seek immediate assistance regarding an issue I faced during my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Certification exam. Shortly after starting the exam, within approximately five minutes, I was asked by the proctor to pause and show my room setup, which I complied with as per the exam policy. However, within two minutes after this, my exam was suspended without any explanation or reason provided.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the significant time and effort I dedicated to preparing for this certification. I adhered strictly to all rules and guidelines during the exam and was not involved in any form of malpractice or unfair means. The abrupt suspension has caused undue distress and disrupted my carefully planned schedule, which included taking leave from work to focus on the certification.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that my certification exam be rescheduled at the earliest.

I urge you to prioritize resolving this issue and provide clarity regarding the suspension.Please let me know if further details or actions are required from my side to facilitate a resolution.

I have just given Databricks Data Analyst Associate exam and I have solved all 50 questions and I started to review all questions and in between that I submitted the exam at that time one question is raised there in red line and I clicked on skip soo am thinking that my half questions are skipped and they given me half questions result soo please can you check or review all my questions are considered or some are skipped if they are skipped then please consider all the questions and send me the latest result...thank you
