I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I encountered during my scheduled certification exam. Despite carefully following all the provided instructions—including showing my desk and room as required—my exam was suspended before it even began. No reason was provided for this action, and I was not given any opportunity to address or rectify the situation.
I ensured that my environment met all compliance requirements and conducted myself according to the exam guidelines. Given that the exam did not start and there was no explanation for the suspension, I kindly request clarification on the reason behind this action.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could assist me in rescheduling the exam at the earliest possible convenience.
