Databricks Community Fellows February 2026 Recap
The Databricks Community Fellows are internal Brickster experts who volunteer their time to help customers succeed by answering questions in the Databricks Community forums.
This month: 92 customer questions answered • 39% of forum answers from Fellows • Response time holding @ ~90% SLA
February Highlights
February was another strong month for the Fellows program as our experts continued showing up for customers and each other.
- 92 customer questions answered
- Fellows contributed 39% of technical forum answers (from 13% last year)
- Response continues to be dramatically improved (~90% faster than 12 months ago)
- 6 new Fellows joined the program
- We’re continuing toward our goal of 50% of community answers coming from Community Fellows
Every question answered by a Fellow = faster answers = better answers = happier customers.

Louis “The Professor” Frolio continues to lead the pack, but February also brought some exciting momentum across the program. During several weeks we saw Fellows @Emma @aleksandra_ch , and @stbjelcevic reach the #1 spot, showing just how strong the bench has become.

Fellows Living the Databricks Values
I was reflecting on this program and realized that Fellows are the embodiment of Databricks values. How lucky is the Community Team to work with such an amazing group of Bricksters!

- Truth Seeking: thoughtful, accurate technical answers
- First Principles: calm, structured problem solving
- Bias for Action: dramatically faster response times (90%)!

These are some very special people. And we need 200 more of you to meet our goal of answering 50% of the forum questions!
Fellows Hub Updates
Behind the scenes the fantastic @Commitchell , our SA angel/volunteer continues to evolve the Fellows Hub, our Databricks Fellows App (built with Databricks!) that helps us maintain question ownership, answer quality, and enables gamification. It's super awesome!
Recent updates include:
- A new multi-agent supervisor Genie Room to coordinate Fellows workflows
- AI-generated summaries of forum activity
- AI-assisted response drafts that Fellows can validate and edit
- Early exploration of AI-supported point scaling for high-quality answers
The goal is simple: give great experts better tools to do what they already do best. And what's coming next is even more AI enabled and is going to blow minds!
