Hi team,
I've faced a disappointing experience during my first certification attempt and need help in resolving the issue.
While attending the certification - Databricks data engineer associate on each 2-3 questions I kept receiving a message that the connection is lost and I should be reconnected in max 3 minutes which I was. When I came to the middle of the exam it was paused and the tech support messaged me stating that their servers are having difficulties in receiving my camera feed even though everything worked as usual on my end. They told me to just reboot the system and they'll save my activity and reschedule the exam from 9 AM to 10 AM (as I lost a lot of time in waiting to be reconnected). After the reboot I was no more able to relaunch the exam and it expired. It was in progress state in my account until today but this morning it disappeared and I can only find it on the Receipts page with in-progress status.
I need to stress that I already took some AWS,Azure and other certifications without any issues until now.
This is a very serious issue for me, as I was planning to prepare a few more Databricks certifications in the near future plus I've already paid for this one.
Please resolve this on a high priority.
P.S: I also emailed them on Saturday but only received a ticket id 1306307 so far.
