I used to be a Technical Recruiter and used data to understand hiring process and how to target the right candidates for niche roles. My company started hiring for the data analytics role and I thought of this as an opportunity pave my way into the analytics world! Through the help of code academy and various youtube channels I was able to learn SQL and PowerBi to get into the role. Its been almost a month of being a data analyst and I took the DataBricks summit as an opportunity to learn more about the world of data/data lingos haha and how other companies leverage data to grow.
