I've got informed from Help desk to post this issue in community.
We've contacted all supportive entities: billing team, help desk and sales team,
but the issue hasn't solved yet.
My team(Ars Praxia) has issue of sudden cancellation of subscription without reason.
account leo_kim@arspraxia.com (Account ID: 74a706f8-08b6-4b76-9665-11593946b308 ) suddenly cancelled.
<we are literally cannot exit from this screen>
This problem has been occurring since March 2022 and we have mobilized possible technical solutions(re-signup, etc) with your Korean branch, though the situation is not resolved.
We are paying fee every months. Our production is still in this system though it is very hard to manage clusters.
I am not sure service the issue is posted here, but we do not have any other options.
