Copy text from the integrated Web terminal

How do I copy text from the integrated web terminal? The selection goes away as soon as I lift my finger from the mouse.

I agree with @szymon_dybczak, since this issue is reproducible, the best way forward is to raise a ticket with the Databricks Support team. I’ll also flag this internally so the team is aware.

I am on gcp using macOS 15.7 . I can confirm this behavior and it is a showstopper. Not being able to copy/paste from/to the terminal makes is unusable.  That is really too bad because i was excited to see it in place.

I'm on a Premium workspace so this is not limited to the free edition.

An update here. I raised a ticket and found out this is because tmux mode is enabled by default in the web terminal. You can disable the tmux mode by adding `export DISABLE_TMUX=true` to the ~/.bashrc of the compute.
When I asked them about the default tmux prefix (generally Ctrl + b), the response was that the prefix is yet to be implemented.

Tell me about this ~/.bashrc of the compute: is that a persistent item somehow? do i just edit  it within the terminal - and then does it stick around and I'll see it the next time I login as well?
