Databricks Support #00984257 - Password Reset Email is not working for me

Hello Everyone,

I had raised a support request with the DBX Support team on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, but I have not received any response yet.

Could anyone please guide to resolve my login issue? I forgot my password, and when I click the "Forgot Password" option on the website, I do not receive the password reset email. (No Email in Junk or Spam!)

The following is the URL where I am trying to schedule my Databricks exam.

When trying to do new registration message says user already exist

Hi @Mubin4all !

I would recommend not creating another Webassessor account as duplicate accounts can make the issue more difficult to resolve.

If the password reset email is not arriving even after checking youe spalm this will most likely need to be handled by the DBKS certification support team as they can check the Webassessor account associated with your login.
