Does Databricks plan to release runtime with Scala 2.13 support?

@Pavlo Pohrebnyi​ As Databricks Releases GA version of DBR for every 6 months, we may expect support of 2.13 in later version, as you might be aware current 11.3 Beta supports 2.12 of scala

Hi, @Vidula Khanna​, the new version of Databricks still has only 2.12 scala support.
