How to delete Databricks Account

I created and used a Databricks Account for testing purposes.

I want to delete that account.

In the Databricks Account Web UI, there is no menu to delete an account.

How should I delete it?

Hi @??? ???????​ , Login into your Databricks Community Edition and then select "Managed Account" from the top right. See https://docs.databricks.com/administration-guide/account-settings/account-console.html and a "Delete Account" will be available on the admin screen.

After the deletion also check if no cloud artifacts remain (like VM's, storage etc).

Normally this is not the case but there is no harm in checking.

The easiest way is to delete the workspace and cancel your subscription. Also, you can refer to https://docs.databricks.com/en/admin/account-settings/account.html#delete-your-databricks-account for further instructions.
