How to know the most recent date a Data on a Dashboard was updated.

I know in the Old version of Dashboards we have this Created at:

And in the new Lake View Dashboards we have the Last Modified:

I'm searching for a field that allows the client to quickly identify the latest data update timestamp for a Dashboard

Hi @jurodriguezt, Certainly! In Tableau, you can display the last data update timestamp for a dashboard using the following steps:

1. Open the workbook that contains the dashboard in Tableau Desktop.
2. Navigate to the sheet for which you want to display the time of the last data refresh.
3. Select Worksheet > Show Title.
4. Double-click the title.
5. In the Edit Title dialog box, select Insert > Data Update Time, and then click OK.

The Data Update Time value will depend on the type of connection:

• For extract-based connections, it displays the last time the extract was refreshed.
• For live database connections, it shows the last time the data source was refreshed.
• For live file-based connections, it indicates the last time the file was updated.

This way, your client can quickly identify when the data was last updated in the dashboard. 📊🕒
