Hi @Kaviana, There could be several reasons why you're unable to create a workspace.
1. **Account Console Access**: The page you're trying to access is the "account console". To access it, your account needs to be an admin account. If not, you will be redirected to the page with workspaces that the non-admin account can access.
2. **Invalid Worker Environment**: This error occurs when the delegate fails to launch instances, indicating no worker environment. This could mean that the workspace was already cancelled. If you're trying to launch a cluster on a restored workspace, it could fail with this error. In this case, you would need to create a new workspace.
3. **Workspace Status**: After creating a workspace, you can view its status on the Workspaces page. If the status of your workspace is "Failed", you might need to delete it and create a new one.
If you do not understand the error, you should contact your Databricks representative.
